Yes. The app is completely free, and every feature is included. There are no paid plans.

No. Wholesale prices are based on customer tags, logged-in status or specific customers, so the app works with regular customer accounts.

Check that the Wholesale B2B app embed is on (see Home → Storefront status). The rule must be Active, and you must be signed in as a customer the rule targets.

In each rule's Customers card. Most stores use By customer tags with a tag such as wholesale. Approved registrations get the tags you choose automatically.

Yes. Create one wholesale rule per group, each targeting its own tag. If two rules match the same product, Settings → Pricing → Rule tiebreaker (advanced) decides which one wins.

By default, Best price for customer gives the buyer the lower price. Choose Stack both discounts in Settings → Pricing to apply the volume discount on top of the wholesale price.

Yes. Use Flat price as the discount type, or open Override for specific products in the rule and set a custom value for that product or variant.

Order and shipping discounts stack with B2B pricing. Shopify allows one product discount per item, so a product-level code can't combine with a wholesale price. Use an order-level code, or choose Shopify code wins in Settings → Pricing.

Yes. Wholesale and volume rules have a Markets card. Choose Specific markets, and the rule applies to buyers in those markets' countries.

Yes. Set a Start date and End date in the rule's Active dates card. Leave both empty to keep the rule always on.

Yes. Turn on the Zero-flicker (head) app embed. On Home, click Enable on theme next to Zero-flicker app embed and save in the theme editor.

Open Settings → Display → Theme & selectors. Click Re-detect, pick your theme from Store theme, or add Custom selectors. Our team can also help over live chat.

Add the Volume Table block to your product template, or use Add to theme on Home. You can pick one of seven table designs in the volume rule's Display card.

Yes. In Settings → Translations, pick a published language and enter your text. For 26 languages, Fill in suggested translations gives you ready-made text to review.

Yes. Create a catalog lock with Hide price, Hide product or Hide collection, or use Storefront lock to require sign-in for the whole store.

Add a quick order form to a page. Buyers search products, enter quantities in a table, and can paste SKU,qty lines if Paste from CSV is on. The Variant Drawer lets them order many variants of one product.

To Order forms → Quotes & orders. From there you can review, approve, convert a quote to an order or a draft order, and send an invoice.

Yes. Open Order forms → Draft orders, pick the draft, check the preview and click Apply wholesale pricing. The draft needs a customer for tag-based rules to match.

Create a payment term, enforce it at checkout and hide instant-pay methods. Matching customers then check out with your manual pay-later method. The app adds the terms to the order and emails an invoice, and you mark it paid when payment arrives.

Yes. Under Add-ons → Shipping rates, you can hide rates, show only certain rates, or reveal a free rate for tagged customers. The rule can depend on subtotal, quantity or weight.

Yes. Create a Tax display rule, choose a format such as Excl. VAT only or Both — side by side, and target your business customers.

Tax IDs are validated against the EU VIES registry before an exemption is applied. You can also mark a customer exempt without a Tax ID from their customer page.

Yes. In Settings → Email, turn on Use a custom email provider and connect SMTP or a provider such as SendGrid, Mailgun, Amazon SES or Brevo. This removes the monthly limit of the built-in service.

Open Pricing and click Refresh pricing data. This rebuilds every active rule. If you still see a problem, contact us.
