How Nexora collects, uses, and protects information across our Shopify apps and this website.

Last updated: 31 May 2026

1. Who we are

Nexora (“Nexora”, “we”, “us”) builds a family of apps for the Shopify platform, available on the Shopify App Store. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you install or use our apps, or visit this website, and how we handle it. You can reach us any time at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

We aim to collect only what we need to operate and improve our apps. Depending on the app and how you use it, this may include:

  • Store and account information — when you install an app, Shopify shares details about your store such as store name, domain, email, plan, and the access scopes you approve.
  • Store content — depending on the app's purpose, we may read data such as products, collections, orders, inventory, themes, or customers in order to provide the app's features (for example, to display delivery dates, labels, upsells, or wholesale pricing).
  • App settings and usage — the configuration you create inside an app, plus basic usage and diagnostic data that helps us keep the app stable and fast.
  • Communications — the contents of emails or support requests you send us, including your contact details.
  • Website data — standard log data and cookies when you visit this site (see “Cookies” below).

3. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain our apps and their features.
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you.
  • Diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve our products.
  • Comply with our legal and Shopify Partner Program obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use store data for advertising.

4. How information is shared

We share information only as needed to run our service, and only with providers who are bound to protect it. This may include:

  • Shopify — our apps run on Shopify and exchange data with it through official APIs.
  • Infrastructure and tooling providers — such as hosting, databases, error monitoring, and email delivery, used to operate our apps.
  • Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, or a valid legal request.

5. Data retention

We keep store and app data only for as long as your app is installed and as needed to provide the service. When you uninstall an app, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, unless we are required to retain it for legal or accounting reasons. Shopify may also send us a data-erasure request on your behalf, which we honor.

6. Data security

We use industry-standard measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege practices — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law, including the GDPR and CCPA where relevant.

8. Cookies

This website uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and to understand basic, aggregated usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Our apps inside the Shopify admin use only the cookies required to function.

9. Children's privacy

Our apps and website are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
