Improvements and fixes to Nexora Product Labels & Badges, newest first.

Clearer label list and safer saving

  • ImprovedThe Product Labels page now has one main button, + Add Label. + Add Automation Label sits beside it as a secondary button.
  • FixedYou can no longer save a label set to Specific products, Collections, Product tags or Vendor with nothing selected. The app takes you to the Display condition tab and highlights the empty field.

Faster, steadier home page

  • ImprovedThe app's home page loads noticeably faster and no longer jumps around while the setup checklist and recent labels load.

One label per product card

  • FixedOn some themes, the same label could appear two or three times on one product card. Each card now shows each label once.
  • ImprovedBetter label placement on the Trade theme's product cards and product pages.
  • ImprovedNew installs now use the settings for your detected theme straight away, without needing to save Settings first.

Correct labels near product variants

  • FixedOn themes that link variant thumbnails to other products, a product page could show another product's label. Product pages now only show their own product's labels.

Quick view support and more free themes

  • NewLabels now appear in quick-view and quick-shop windows that open from collection pages.
  • NewAdded support for Shopify's free themes Horizon, Trade, Pitch, Atelier, Fabric, Heritage, Ritual, Savor, Tinker and Vessel.
  • FixedLabels with a Label link now keep their size and position, and the link can be clicked. Links now also work on image labels.
  • FixedOn the Xtra theme (version 6), labels no longer appear in the navigation menu, and they now sit correctly on product pages.

Translated stores

  • FixedLabels now appear on collection pages in other languages, even when the product URLs are translated.

The app is now completely free

  • ImprovedThe app is now completely free. Manual and automation labels are unlimited for every store.
  • FixedThe theme editor buttons no longer get stuck loading after you reinstall the app.
  • FixedOpening the app after a day away no longer shows a blank screen and then reloads.

Simpler onboarding

  • ImprovedThe setup checklist now has just two steps, because your theme is detected automatically.
  • FixedCollection-based labels now work for products that belong to a very large number of collections.

Labels in product recommendations

  • NewLabels now appear on product cards in recommendation and related-products sections.

Setup checklist and storefront status

  • NewThe home page now has a Get started with Product Labels checklist and a Storefront status card that shows whether the app embed is on.
  • ImprovedThe editor and Settings page now stop you from leaving with unsaved changes.

New image library

  • NewThe Image library has been rebuilt with a search box and Category and Color filters, and loads more images as you scroll.
  • FixedFixes to the label preview, color picker and custom position fields.

Automation labels and targeting upgrades

  • NewThe Choose A Condition tab now has a Matching products panel that shows which products match the condition right now.
  • NewAutomation labels now have a Display condition tab with Show On Pages, Visibility Date and Show On Locations.
  • ImprovedShow On Locations now lists every country and uses the visitor's actual location.
  • ImprovedVisibility Date fields now have clear buttons, and the start date can't be later than the end date.
  • ImprovedUploaded images can now be removed or replaced with Change image.
  • ImprovedManual and automation labels are now listed together on the Product Labels page. The delete confirmation now shows which label you are deleting.
  • FixedNewly created products now get their labels straight away.
  • FixedProducts whose inventory isn't tracked are no longer marked as out of stock.
  • FixedRotation and animation now work together correctly, and labels now show on products with non-Latin characters in their URL.

Stacking and label order

  • NewNew Stack direction and Stack gap settings control how labels in the same position line up.
  • NewUse the up/down arrows on the label list to choose which label comes first.
  • NewUse different position on product detail page lets custom-positioned labels have separate offsets on product pages.
  • FixedLabels set to Collections or Specific products now match their products more reliably.

Theme picker

  • NewThe Store Theme setting now has Shopify themes and Themeforest themes tabs with search.

First release

  • NewCreate Text, Image and Upload labels, choose where they appear on product images or next to the product info, and pick which products get them. Automation labels cover new arrival, on sale, low stock and out of stock.
